Doom scrolling specifically calls for no scroll bar since it's infinite.
There can always be a scrollbar. It goes to the bottom, then bounces up when more engaging content has been loaded for consumption.
That does not look like a firefox scrollbar.

there's an about:config option to customise them. i think there are five built-in styles, plus native, you can set the width, and you can set them to always show.
don't think so. you can stylize them with gtk in .config/gtk-3.0/gtk.css
