I'm more into tabletop RPGs, but never achieved the dream of a polycule party.
Nowadays I wouldn't even recommend crossing the streams that way.
Depending on how broad definitions we run by, then board game can be synonymous with tabletop. Especially for the uninitiated

FWIW, I know several board game nerds and one person who is poly, but AFAIK none of them are into the other thing.
It's really just about finding groups of people who can show up on time and stay focused for 1-3 hours, depending.
