Every single person who worked in, or even touched in the course of their work, an ICE Concentration Camp, needs to serve at least 5 years in prison, and that's for the lowliest, lightest impact job. Those who were significantly involved should spend decades, or even their entire lives, in prison.
In the future, when some dipshit proposes Concentration Camps for their enemies, everyone around them needs to say "No fucking way am I getting involved in this. The last time ended really badly, we learned all about it in school."
The last time was with Obama, unfortunately. You're thinking of almost a century ago.
This was always going to happen. It happened during his last term, and it’s not unlike Trump & Epstein’s sex trafficking ring—they just added a legal method to do it.
The question is, will suburban voters continue to pretend they had no idea? It’s impossible to tolerate conservative neighbors and family when it’s apparent they’re all phonies and liars.
How convenient
Local cops "can't help ICE" until they call them and tell them where to arrest people. Which they do all the fucking time. Burn the whole authoritarian system to the fucking ground.
would love to see that accountability metric rise above zero.
That's mostly on the Feds, not local law enforcement. Generally if it's not a cooperative investigation, the locals can't collect or process evidence, especially if the Feds tell them it's a federal case.
It seems to be something that usually pisses local law enforcement off.
Please do show us where widespread push back is happening from law enforcement. They have a voice and plenty of power to intervene but choose not to. Police are complicit because they benefit from ICE money. ACAB is more apparent than ever.
Except these jackasses subvert the law all the goddamn time when they want to. This "mah hands are tied" stuff is bs.
Only when they can get away with it.
Unfuckingaccepptable. Get the feds not under fascist rule to break that shit up and tossed in real jail.
No, they should prosecute the wealthy business men who put the administrations in power, and make them offers they can't refuse.
No, they should abolish the death sentence.
