I don't understand what this image is saying. Is this meme coming from the position that highschoolers asking for better conditions in schools are going to lead to an authoritarian colonialist state, while Macron is a going to be exiled for trying to defend democracy by beating them up ?

Well, in the Chinese flag the big star represents the CCP and the smaller stars the different classes that make up the Chinese population and are subjugated to the party. I would interpret this as it being France and its (former) African colonies/territories
