Drink more water. Just plain water, with no sugar or other flavors added to it. Pissing a lot is much much better than pissing shards of glass, or not pissing at all.

I had the Delta COVID-19 variant and I described that as gargling shards of glass every time I swallowed. I would prefer not to repeat that experience in my urethra.
