the saudi régime is an incredibly reactionary, corrupt, exploitative, misogynist and generally anti-human autocratic dictatorship, responsible for much of the current suffering in the arab world, having had a hand in creating (among other things) groups liks al-qaeda and daesh. their genocidal war against the people of yemen has cost the lives of untold civilians.

geopolitically, it's a close ally, if not puppet state, of the americans and british, being in alliance with their oil companies and helping them with their imperialist wars. as of recently, it has also been recieving help from "israel", with prince muhammad bin salman having been a close associate of jeffrey epstein.
