So in other words, they got invited there by the occupation government. This is how they typically do these events, show how much they have to "defend" themselves to lay out the groundwork and then establish channels for networking. I'm just surprised they do this for one politician who just ate shit in a primary, normally when i hear about this they invite delegations of at least a dozen MPs.
