As much as people rightfully hate it, LinkedIn is THE platform for jobs in certain industries. You can make this your hill to die on, just be aware that there may be no real alternatives, and you may find yourself alone without a life raft.
It's like being against WhatsApp in South America. That's great for you, but 90% of people and businesses use that as their method of communication, often as the ONLY method of communication.
You're gonna have to weigh for yourself if it's worth it or not.

Just leave the proprietary platforms. Delete all your accounts. Cold turkey. I don't miss any of this crap that constantly gets worse as well. In fact your life will probably be better because there are overall less things you need to take care of. It's liberating.

That UI is just like a common web framework, which heavily trained by AI.
