I thought for a spell that you could write a warhammer fantasy thing about an ogre who gets convinced it would be cool to be a knight, so he walks around carrying a sword and a horse over his shoulder (He's supposed to have a horse but the horse can't carry him obviously) and he has a squire that is just some random farmer he grabbed and chomped the ear off.
Because he figured that the feudalism deal is sort of like the ogre deal.
You have the big guys who take their food from the little guys and in return they don't let anyone else knock them around too much, but there's also wine and songs and he's not quite sure what a "Damsel" is but they sound cool. So he's running around being a better knight than most people because all the human pitfalls that take you away from chivalry don't really matter to him and the chivalry (Fighting big things, eating all the stuff the peasants make and yelling about how great you are) are extremely his jam.

Living as an ork in 40k is about the same as being in the Imperium of man. Most of the time you will be killed by those below you in search of power, or from those above you because they think it is funny.
