It's not like it's rational, some people's brains are just hard-wired to find them actively pleasurable to look at.

Still it is really weird humans have breasts, from what I gathered other primates fo have breasts but only during breast feeding and all.
Humans appear to maybe have permanent breasts in females cuz they stand in 2 legs, making breasts basically what they are now, just a sexual attractor ( I don't think that is a termbut I think the point is clear enough) I think it could be inconvenient but it isn't that weird, actually just like how some birds can have different colors depending on their sex.
