To fill the area with smoke so its a dense haze, and usually pretty warm due to burning a ton of weed. You usually hear it in reference to a car
It stinks, burns your eyes, and makes your car reek. But you do effectively use, like, 5% more of the weed you burned. So it's got that going for it, which is nice.
my old dealer would do it exclusively with blunts, so you get tobacco smoke/stink added to the mix. her car was vile and i have nothing but good memories of it.
