Whether it's direct power or fuel costs they're pushing the bulk of the costs onto retail consumers, and then when we stop them they'll cry out "regulators are stopping us from doing what we promised!"

almost every state that had ai datacenters, had thier GAS and electric, water bills get a price hike. people notice these things when there is a sudden jump without explanation.
