Dude. My current job does not offer those. In fact, no job i've had over 30 years in IT has (health insurance is irrelevant, i live in a country with a healthcare system) .

It's almost like there are laws in place that enforce and proliferate the systematic abuse of sex workers. On the other hand, it's easier to promise a pension when your employees sign up to go into a warzone.
