What's the artist's intention here? All I can think of is Anti-LGBTQ symbolism since that's also a common image for people to use. But I hope it's not, it looks so cool.

Also, ironically the title of the one in OP is Not Everything Is So Black & White, I feel attacked! Great artist.

It's random colors and not any specific LGBTQ flag. Either way, colors being seen as a good and nice thing independent of that still makes it seem odd. It feels like it's trying to say the kid is shielding themselves from good.

It looks innocent enough that it should get a pass, in "Umbrella protector against evil diversity" works it's canonically the patriarch of the family who carries the umbrella. This art is indeed cool 😎
