I remember seeing an argument for this being an actual tactic for fascists, as it helps semiotically with their common discourse of being an outsider, different from all that came before. Not only that but just appearing in public with these obviously shit haircuts is a sure way to get people talking about them and helps bring attention to them even if we perceive it as negative attention.

You can do the same by having a cool haircut. They get mad at Blue Haired Libs all the time. Going for the negative attention either intentionally or by accident should be examined. Also I guess these people are rich enough and have bad enough taste they probably demand their stylist fuck em up. I cut my own hair and have for 20 years now, and it looks fantastic, hair is easy. These people literally like things that look bad.
