It seems to be real, it's from mechanism who's a company that sells various mounting accessories. They all use interchangable quick connections, so you can use them for ridiculous combinations like this.
The chest strap for example is meant to be used like this:
But you can also remove the mount and connect the deck directly to your chest with it.

ah, well it was charged up with a full battery and working and then it was just dead. won't come on again and the charging LED does not light up anymore despite different cords and adapters being tried. pretty sure it's a dead motherboard.
I think that's a relatively common issue that can be fixed by resetting the battery. I think it starts by loading it for a day even when the indicator isn't lighting up.
Look it up, I might be wrong.
Mine decided it wanted to have a spicy pillow. I can see the backplate bulging a tad. It's been unplugged since December now.
well at the very least you can still use it, just get that battery out.
