For the younger folks, Foster was a Clinton official who committed suicide after the 1992 election. He'd had a history of depression and his death was investigated by several agencies, all of who concluded that he'd taken his own life.
The GOP has been blaming his death on the Clintons for decades.

They'll keep crying wolf until no election theft claim has credibility. That way, when they actually steal the elections, nobody will believe it because they'll think it's another wolf cry.
We need to start scoffing and rolling our eyes every time we hear that. Just make fun of it, humiliate anyone who repeats it. It's vitally important that the media do it, but they always just play along like it's a viable argument.
