Seska carried the cartoon baddie torch after the deaths of Lursa and Be’tor.

She did, but the Seska episodes were the only Kazon episodes that I enjoyed from the early seasons of Voyager.

I’m not complaining.

There's gotta be another couple layers for her being a Kazon operative....
