It repeats back what you say to it, it doesn't have opinions or anything like that (in terms of "talking" but unlike claude actual parrots have their own subjectivity and sentience it just differs from ours). Prompt the plagiarism machine with a little bit of anticapitalist language and it will sound like a socialist, prompt it with a heritage foundation talking point and it will sound like a chud, etc.
