Can you make diy hrt by harvesting some kind of fluid from others? Not necessarily interested in knowing if it's the best way, just if I can.
if by "others" you mean "pregnant horses" and by "some kind of fluid" you mean "urine" then, not only is it possible, and not only has been done before, but estrogens acquired this way have been prescribed to actual patients too!
Not the kind of fun I was looking for.
Thankfully, we can now get biologically identical animal estrogen from plants.
The road is long, but it will be worth it. ☺️
