Even if they were to notice, a lot of people would be hesitant to acknowledge it in a professional setting. It's a dicey enough subject to ask someone about (without them bringing it up first) on it's own, but it also deals with your medical situation. It's the kind of thing that can land you in hot water with HR.

Oh yeah I get that, I didn't expect them to say anything at the time, but when I finally did come out everyone was completely surprised. I asked about it and no one said they noticed anything.
